About us
Built for estimators who need their work to stay together
Kwantflow is built for industrial estimating teams — fabrication shops, structural steel fabricators, sheet metal workshops, and subcontractors who quote complex RFQ packages day in, day out.
These teams power Australia’s industrial supply chain, but too much time is lost before quoting even begins. Scattered files between email and shared drives. Manual data entry across spreadsheets, PDFs, and CAD viewers. Assumptions buried in notebooks or lost between shifts. Estimating workflows that work against you instead of with you.
We started where the friction is most concentrated — the interface between an RFQ package and a completed quote. Kwantflow brings everything into one local workspace: RFQ files organised by project, AI-assisted takeoff and extraction, setup libraries, and quote preparation with visible evidence at every step. The AI supports your judgement — it drafts estimates from your files so you can review, refine, and send with confidence. Everything stays on your machine, not uploaded to a cloud server.
Kwantflow is a local-first desktop application for macOS. The AI runs on your device. Your files, estimates, quotes, and business data remain in a local workspace. An account is only needed if you upgrade to a paid plan. No sign-up, no data upload, no subscription required to use the full RFQ-to-quote workflow.

Built for the people carrying the quote
Industrial estimators who need their work to stay together
For estimators who need everything in one place
AI reads your files, drafts the estimate, and keeps the evidence visible — you review and refine from one workspace.
“I quoted a 12-page structural steel package in under 15 minutes — the AI had already read the drawings, extracted the quantities, and built the estimate draft. I just reviewed the numbers, made a few tweaks, and prepared the quote.”
